Community Litter Pick- April 2026

Join Curious by Nature and Beckton Environmental Action Team to clean up Beckton District Park South as part of the Great British Spring Clean. Everone welcome to join the litter pick, and we will also have an educational treasure hunt for children to learn more about litter and its environmental impact!

Saturday 4 April 2026 10am- 1pm

Meet at Will Thorne Pavillon Car Park between 10am and 10:15am on Saturday 4 April 2026

Equipment provided

Refreshments provided

Suitable for all ages. This is a great litter pick for children as you can stay away from busy roads and go at your own pace.

This project is funded by the Mayor of London, Green Roots Fund.

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED

  • Rubbish bags

  • Gloves

  • Litter pickers

Feel free to bring your own gloves and/or litter pickers if you have them!
