WHAT TO EXPECT
Everyone welcome, all ages and abilities.
We will be walking at a slow place throughout the session with frequent stops, most of the session will be accessed via paved routes.
The session will end with snacks and a chance to chat and ask questions, in Windsor Park Community Centre.
