Curious about the nature on our doorstep?

Join bushcraft and forest school leader, Kat, for a nature walk around Beckton District Park South. Learn to indentify plants and what is edible in our local area with some fun nature facts and folklore shared along the way.

Please book so we can get an idea of numbers! We welcome adults attending on their own, as well as families. Adults are responsible for their own children at all times.

Please note that the walk will be slow moving but will be on various terrain (grass, dirt, mud, tree roots, paths); please wear suitable footwear and note that some sections may be trickier to access with buggies or mobility devices.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Everyone welcome, all ages and abilities.

We will be walking at a slow place throughout the session with frequent stops, the session will run on both paved and unpaved (grass, dirt, mud, roots) routes.

The session will end with snacks and a chance to chat and ask questions.
